Reconnect with your body using traditional Yoga postures. This practice will help increase flexibility, balance and physical stamina. Release built up tension, learn new ways to calm the mind and strengthen core muscles of the body. No previous experience necessary. Start where you are. Learn ways to build your practice. All levels welcome.
