Perched atop Hotel X Toronto, our three-level rooftop bar offers once-in-a-lifetime skyline views, complemented by a fresh and creative sushi-style menu. Inspired by Japanese culinary traditions, Valerie features an inventive cocktail selection and spectacular views. Located on the 27th to 29th floors, this rooftop gem showcases stunning city and lake vistas, providing an unforgettable dining experience.

Open Daily: 5pm - LATE
Kitchen closes at 10 PM. Bar is open till LATE.
