My daughter and I stayed because we watched Imagine Dragons at the Budweiser Stage. Nice quick walk there and back. Hotel was very organized and beautiful and clean. Can't say enough. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future 

I really enjoy my stay there, everytime I stay there it’s welcoming and awesome. From the valet guys to the front desk, everyone goes out of their way to make sure things are fine and they assure that they’re there to help in case I need anything.. Mauricio is an outstanding employee, he went above and beyond to accommodate a need of mine. He and his co-worker were really nice people as to all the other staff.. Thank You Hotel X 

From check-in to the greetings each day in the lobby this hotel is classy and top notch. Absolutely fantastic location walking distance to downtown areas, event venues, the local walk/bike paths and or you can take local trains anywhere you want to go. We had an amazing stay at Hotel X. The Junior suite was very comfortable, great bed, with 2 tv's and the view. Did I mention the views. Restaurant Rose's and Valerie's were fantastic. Great service, and excellent food within an incredible atmosphere on the top floors of this 28 floor building. I almost forgot how perfect the roof-top pool is with it's incredible vast views. The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic at Hotel X. We cannot say thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality, professionalism and warm welcome the entire stay. A special thank you to the morning staff at Roses for helping us start off our day on a fantastic level each day. We will absolutely recommend this hotel and it's excellent staff and facilities. Hotel X also has a wedding venue, conference rooms and a large area for special events. The exterior/interior design of this hotel makes is stand out. Absolutely stunning! 

We got the corner suite with a beautiful view. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the hotel provided us special treats and services all because of a note I left before booking the room. The restaurant on the top floor was wonderful and every item we had was delicious. Everything is a bit on the pricey side but it was definitely worth it. 10/10 for the service we received. 

Everything was excellent...the service....the room....the location.. I couldn't be happier with everything...just an absolute relaxing stay....check in and check out was quick and so polite....the porters were very warm and so very helpful....especially the young man Sam....he was by far beyond helpful and welcoming and just excellent with customer service...can't say enough good things about Sam! 

We had an amazing time and an exquisite stay for Caribana! The room, ALL the amenities and the customer service from absolutely EVERYONE was top tier! Special shoutout to Mauricio for the birthday surprise as well as Chris and Christopher for the hotel tour! We were made to feel like VIPs the entire stay. I can’t brag about this place enough! Hotel X is breathtaking and provided absolutely everything we could ask for and some!!! What a first impression as a visitor to Toronto! We are already planning our next visit! 

I literally had the best experience ever at this hotel. Everything is so clean and they really do care about their guests, they are very accommodating and helpful not to mention the hotel is beautiful itself. Beds are so comfy I was in a suite and sleeping on the sofa couch but it was so so comfy. Love love love this place and would come back just to stay at the hotel again!!  

We chose this property because of the positive reviews and its proximity to the Budweiser Stage. We attended a performance by Earth, Wind & Fire plus Chicago. It was a short walk to the venue. Hotel X is a very nice hotel overall. Our room was comfortable and lacked for nothing, including comfy robes. We needed to book times at the rooftop pool; a worthwhile experience. The restaurants have minimalistic decors... modern style. The food was generally good but a bit pricey. Liberty Village is a 15 minute walk where there are many more dining options. Local shopping is very limited. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. 

Beautiful Property. Really nice and professional staff. Just seconds away from Budweiser Stage and Ontario Place. Can't say enough good things. Room service food was excellent as well! The only complaint was that I asked for extra cutlery so that we could share a breakfast and they only delivered one set. 

The room view was amazing. Everything was perfect. All staff was friendly and helpful. Onsite parking wasn't possible because of Toronto Indy road closures, but they made an alternative easy to access, and very close. Rooftop pool was beautiful. Short walk to BMO Field, Budweiser Stage, and the waterfront walking/biking trail. Would highly recommend. @HotelXToronto 

This is the second time that we have stayed at Hotel X as a get-away for a few days in the summer. Service is great, rooms are luxurious, sports and entertainment facilities are excellent, and location is ideal for close proximity to the lake front, Toronto Island, BMO Field, Medieval Times, and lots of other special summer events. Expensive but worth the splurge! 

We stayed here for 1 night in a double room on the 26th floor. Amazing views and even better service from all hotel staff. This is our third time coming and each year it gets better and better. 

It was a nice and enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. It's a perfect hotel to stay in when going to a concert in Budweisser Stage which is just across the street. We got a lake view room and it was amazing to see Lake Ontario and Toronto Island. 

Hotel X feels like an escape from the city, even though it’s a short walk to downtown. I stayed here for two nights as a staycation and left feeling rejuvenated. The room was impeccably clean and the service was friendly - Dana at the front desk was so helpful, Ingrid kept my room sparkling, and the room service ladies were prompt bringing my food. The pool is what really made my stay feel like a true vacation getaway - so nice to be able to wander up to the roof and relax in the sun for a few hours while looking at the lake and watching the planes fly by. I will undoubtedly be returning for more staycations! 

This is simply the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was remarkable , the room was perfect , food was great ,and the pool was awesome. Big comfortable bed , a super amazing view from the room. Will definitely be staying with them again. 

What a great hotel! Terrific amenities and an incredibly friendly, responsive staff. We were in Room 1116 and had a beautiful view back on to downtown Toronto. The room was clean, they provided water daily, the coffee machine in the room was a Nespresso, etc. We needed extra pillows and they sent them up promptly. 

We ate at all three dining options (Cafe X, Roses and Valerie) and had a good meal or snack at each. The views from Valerie are gorgeous! 

The hotel is certainly first class. Nicely appointed rooms, the view was spectacular, bedding comfortable, shower was marvelous, loved the terry robes and everything worked. What a delightful experience. Location is great and staff go out of their way to ensure you are well served 

One of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms were impeccable, wildly comfy bed & pillows, and all the amenities you could want. The location near Budweiser Stage was perfect for our one night in the city for a concert. 

Best of all though we’re the incredibly friendly & helpful staff. No one was pretentious or cold, but truly made us feel welcomed. It wasn’t a cheap stay (for our budget) but it was the perfect splurge. 

awesome service, beautiful rooms, all their products are L'Occitane, big beautiful beds with massive windows and stunning rooms, overall just a stunning hotel. Didn't get to try out their spa, pool, or cafe's but hopefully i'll be back next year!

Overall, I felt the cost of the stay was good value. It was a huge splurge for us. The room was amazing, with a view of the lake and the Budweiser stage where we were going for the concert. The hotel is amazing and we also really enjoyed the grounds. The “backyard” is gorgeous, all around the historic Stanley Barracks. Very lush and all sorts of little nooks with benches where you can disappear into the greenery. Beautifully maintained. A lovely oasis. 

We did not use the roof top pool but we did eat at the restaurant on the 28th floor, Valerie. From there we accessed the roof top outdoor seating (with permission from the pool people). The views are absolutely stunning. The restaurant was ok. 

We arrived on the day that Toronto flooded and access to the front entrance was unexpectedly closed. It was just dumb luck we found out way into the parking lot at the Enercare building. We were just about done by that point. We are eternally grateful to the woman who we met in the lot, Star. She was done her work day and going home, but she put that aside to help us. She walked us and our luggage all the way to Hotel X, up and down all the stairs as the power was out to elevators and escalators due to the flood. We never would have found our way without Star, and we never could have carried all our luggage on our own. She even carried our heavy cooler. We cannot say enough about how this woman went above and beyond, so selflessly, to help us. Thank you Star ❤️ 

I would also like to mention Ghadeer at the second floor cafe. She was a joy to interact with. Thank you Ghadeer ❤️ Really all staff were lovely, but we feel Star and Ghadeer deserve special mention. 

On our first night we had dinner at the Roses. I believe they were short staffed and perhaps challenged in other ways due to the flooding that day. It seemed like they forgot to assign a server to us. They all seemed to think someone else was helping us out but they weren’t. We spilt the bottom of a beer on the table and we had to flag down a sever to help us. She came over and used a table napkin to sort of like clean it up but it wasn’t absorbent so there were remains. She left us quickly without any further action. Another server brought us our dinner and they too left quickly, without giving us any cutlery. My husband tried to go to the bar to get another beer but that was not well received. From what I could understand, we shouldn’t have gone to the bar ourselves to ask for a drink. My husband had asked the shift manager if he could do that and was told it was ok, but it wasn’t. After that, the bartender came over to us and said she was going to be working on the floor now to help out and would be taking care of us. She brought us cutlery and some complimentary sparkling water which we appreciated. My husband had the 65$ steak and at best it was underwhelming. I enjoyed my lobster and shrimp roll. Again, I recognize that the day of the flood was a very hard day for the hotel in general. I was amazed that all staff we encountered were able to keep a big smile on their face and seemed calm despite the chaos I assume was occurring in the background. They are all to be applauded for that. This hotel is lucky to have these people working for them. 

Overall it was a great stay, we definitely want to go back.

The food in the cafe was some of the best I have ever had. Whatever those chefs are doing, they're doing it right!

Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and very responsive. The food was very good. Although I didn't use the pool it was beautiful 

All was perfect. Very new hotel, very clean, very good service. Room service very fast and food is great. Is excellent for a business trip or pleasure trip! Rooms have the view either to the city or lake, I had the lake view and it was amazing from floor 15. 

The Best Place to stay when you need a vacation and don't want to leave the city...everything to keep you entertained....beautiful rooftop pool w amazing views...luxury movie theatre...great food ....and very important to me the room is cleaned immaculately....my go to place 

Perfect from start to finish the time we pulled up to the time we left extended our stay more than accommodating. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Kids and parents everyone happy the food was amazing. The service was great. The pool with spectacular views from the room and the rooftop was fabulous The movie theatre and the popcorn is super cool. The art gallery was so beautiful.

I was here on a music event on a rooftop. I was nicely welcomed by Marina in the lobby. Who kindly helped me to keep some stuff in the locker. At the end Andray also kindly helped me to get my stuff back. Overall I like the design of the hotel. Smell of the food on the way to rooftop was scrumptious & all the stuff members I met were friendly. One downside is Sound System on the Rooftoo could have been a better quality for a hotel of that range. Base was to heavy on my heart. I would come back here to try the food & see how it tastes. 

I enjoyed every aspect about my stay at Hotel X. The Guerlain Spa exceeded my expectations and the rooftop pool was the perfect end to the spa day! I also had the opportunity to eat at the rooftop restaurant which had great portions and was delicious. I definitely see myself staying here again and HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful rooms, the bathroom was outstanding. The signage in the lobby could be more specific, tried to get a drink but didn’t ever figure out where the bar was located. Staff were amazingly accommodating. Will definitely be going back, may just become our go to hotel in Toronto. 10/10. 

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. Check in was smooth and quick. We were able to book our choice of 2-hour spot for each day at the rooftop pool (which they did reinforce and kicked people out at the end of their 2 hour slot to clean the chairs and make room for the next group). The pool area is clean and gorgeous! The room is lovely, well appointed, very modern. Nescafé machine, creamers, bottled water was appreciated. I was able to book the complimentary house car via text thru the front desk (for outbound trips, within a 5km radius) very conveniently. Fitness center was amazing, tons of high quality machines. The Kandy art gallery has gorgeous photos (main floor) and is lovely to wander thru. There is a bike share stand across from the hotel- we got a day pass and biked all along the extensive waterfront, stopping for drinks and lunch and to enjoy the views- highly recommend! We also enjoyed brunch at the Rosa Cocina- nice ambience and food was delicious! The only negative was the street noise even on the 10th floor was quite loud but I slept well with earplugs. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice room (a complimentary upgrade!), a lovely rooftop pool with food & beverage service, and an excellent dinner at Rose's on the 2nd floor. Easy access from downtown Toronto and the hotel is in an excellent location to access Budweiser Stage, BMO Field and Coca-Cola Arena! 

If you are attending a concert at Budweiser Stadium, this hotel is perfect for you. The stadium is in walkable distance. It is also located in walkable distance to BMO field. It has a beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant with stunning views. The service, food and amenities were all top notch. You don’t even have to leave the hotel. We will definitely be back. 

The hotel is wonderfully located across from the running path along the lake. The staff is exceptional and the fitness center is top notch. The restaurants have high quality food. Looking forward to another stay here. 

This is a breathtaking hotel! Where do I start. 

Lay out of the hotel: amazing! 

Beautiful modern hotel. 

The rooms are large, nice seating area, beautiful view of the water. 

Gym: now if you don’t want to miss your workout, but can’t leave your to find a fitness center, well look no more. They have a state of the art fitness center, with spinning, tennis, etc... 

If I ever go to Toronto for a week, this is where I would stay! 

The coffe machine in the room is not your « mama » coffee machine, this is a Nespresso! Super clean! Super tasty. 

Food: that was disappointing. I had a sea bream, that fish must have been in the freezer for a while. I expected a super fresh fish, white flesh to match the level of this hotel. It wasn’t! And there is no reason for that. 

The chicken drummettes ( 5 to 6 pieces of tiny wings for $19, that’s outrageous!). 

The falafel however was out of this world. 

The food was too expensive for what it was. 

The staff!!!! They cannot do enough for you. Not fake sweet, just friendly helpful, caring, and refreshingly sweet. 

I was bummed not to have money when I was leaving to tip them. I was in a rush to catch a flight, I didn’t have time to find an ATM. 

My man and I stayed at Hotel X Toronto on the night of our wedding and I am overjoyed that we chose this destination for our special day. 

Priyan made my reservation process seamless and quick and accommodated my every need and request smoothly. He is the best at what he does and his level of experience and professionalism is unmatched along with his most cordial behaviour. 

The agent who checked me in, was a gentleman - efficient and very sweet. 

Vivek the night manager couldn’t be any more of a pleasant presence. He welcomed and greeted us very warmly, and that was a lovely way to begin our stay. He is a great conversationalist and personality. 

Steven the lead concierge - thank you. You make everything look beautiful with your kindness, passion and talent. We loved our room. 

Last but not the least, Dana helped us with our check out. She is witty, funny, and quick! There was a minor error on our billing and she fixed it like a pro in no time.

What a great hotel in Toronto! We visited for a wedding with over 150 family members and had a great time. Big shout out to Andray Dundas! From beginning to the end of our stay he was super helpful. We highly recommend and will definitely return! 

We stayed two nights at Hotel X for a family wedding. From the moment we arrived until departure we were treated very well. We expected nothing less from a hotel of this calibre. We only had one area of concern and that was my sleep quality. The bed was super comfy. The problem was the pillows (I would have preferred a choice - I found them too soft but that is a personal preference and I am sure if I had asked, housekeeping would have had a solution. My husband who slept well would totally disagree with me. 

Our corner room was wonderful. You can’t say enough about the view. Our only suggestion is that a pair of binoculars would have been appreciated. Next time we bring our own, 

We had a delicious dinner at Rose Social. 

Dinner at the wedding was spectacular, from the service to the meal itself was over the top. 

We look forward to another stay at Hotel X. 

Attended a wedding at this hotel, the wedding reception venue was beautiful. The food was great and the service staff exceptional. The hotel rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The view of Lake Ontario and the sail boats was gorgeous. 

Me and my now husband stayed at Hotel X on our wedding night and it was the Best experience! The in house Tesla service picked us up from our reception hall and brought us over to the hotel. It was a smooth and comfortable ride. A hotel with a green car service is definitely something that caught our attention. When we arrived, our room was decorated with rose petals and candles. It was beautiful! Thank you so much to Daniel and the Hotel X team for a wonderful stay, and making it such a magical experience for us! We will definitely be back! 

I stayed at Hotel X with my new wife after our wedding reception and had an amazing experience. We had a great room with even better views and the Concierge Daniel surprised us with decorations which made the experience even mores special. The roof top pool also has great views and 2nd floor restaurant was perfect for lunch. We also loved Tesla house car, that was really unique! 

We spent the weekend at Hotel X for our daughter's wedding. She wanted her reception in the beautiful glass room on the main floor and planned her wedding around that. The reception on the 28th floor was full of light and a gorgeous view of the city. The Pearl Room for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready was great. The groomsmen enjoyed the suite they had as well. The staff were so helpful with every little detail. The hotel had everything our guests needed: a cafe, restaurants etc. We didn't need to leave the hotel if we didn't want to. The Sunday brunch was delicious. The food at the wedding outstanding. Some of the best I have ever eaten. My only negative comment is that the acoustics in the all glass room was terrible. Other than that, a perfect weekend. 

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel X in Toronto. I was there for a week long sales meeting. The theater room was very comfortable and roomy. the Hotel rooms are super comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I hope we plan on keeping this meeting here every June. 

Our company hosted a doctor and spouse event at Hotel X this past weekend. From the VIP check in to the rooms to the venue for the speakers, the team at Hotel X Nailed It! 

My wife particularly liked the fabulous rooftop pool experience. The temperature was great even though it was -5 outside. 

Meeting space was terrific and the food was amazing. I'll definitely be back. 

My primary reason for booking my stay at Hotel X Toronto was due to the optimal location for my meeting, however while the location was indeed great the hotel team really turned this into a wonderful experience. There was an issue with my booking, but the team quickly helped resolve it from a to z, I would like to personally thank Ruwandhi and Francisco for their careful attention and kindness, their curtesy and professionalism were outstanding. My room was perfect and beyond any expectations I had, from the cleanliness to the gorgeous views. My trips to and from the hotel were smooth, the drivers were punctual and very professional. My only wish was that I had had the opportunity to stay longer! I have truly no regrets with booking my stay here, my sincere thanks to the whole Hotel X Team for an unforgettable experience! 

I recently coordinated a 5-day event at Hotel X with a large group of colleagues. The venue exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The service from start to finish was next level. The food and drink were fantastic! The guest rooms were the cleanest I've ever seen; I dropped something between the bedside table and the bed and thought I'd come up with a dust bunny but there was no dust to be had anywhere in that room! This feedback was reflected by my group as well, who are very discerning travelers. The meeting/event rooms were gorgeous and fulfilled all our needs and created a real WOW factor. What really sets this venue apart is the service! Yazzyr, Roshan, Rahoul and their teams responded promptly and efficiently to every single request with courtesy and dedication to exceptional customer service. The reservations team also reserves a nod here as we had a constantly changing rooming list and Sweedle never missed a beat! I hope we will get to work with Hotel X again as they made our event truly exceptional.

What a beautiful venue! When you arrive, Andray will greet you outside with a smile. When you step in the lobby, you notice the hotel’s signature sent. I wish I had that in my house! Very relaxing. My room was comfortable and had a fabulous view!! WI-FI was super easy to connect to and allowed me to work effectively from my room and the meeting space in the hotel. The menu options for our group lunch were delicious and room service was easy to order via QR code and was delivered at the time I requested. The only tip I would provide the hotel would be to add sun shades to the the New Fort Hall’s all glass structure as it can get pretty hot on a sunny day which makes it difficult for attendees to focus on their meeting agenda. 

Excellent facilities for a conference event, cinema room and multi size meeting rooms, common space is peaceful and luxurious. Plenty of locations to have privacy too including a cafe, made use of heated outdoor pool bars and restaurants and Spa - all were a great experience (lacked change rooms for pool). I also was very impressed by the service & room layout, & facility.

I absolutely loved this hotel and didn't really want to leave. I was there for only two nights for a business event, but it would be fabulous for personal travel also. The whole property is beautiful and so exquisitely designed. The common areas are gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. For business meetings, the meeting spaces and catering were fabulous. We also ate at two of the onsite restaurants and both were excellent. 
I've never seen a hotel gym that comes close to this one. It is a full-fledged fitness centre with indoor tennis courts, squash courts, yoga, pilates and spinning. The gym is fully equipped with all the equipment you need, no matter what type of workout you want to do and they have all of the supplemental equipment for doing mobility and HIIT training. In addition to the regular gym equipment and cardio machines they have more equipment for more advanced training including Kettle bells, resistance bands of all kinds, box jumps, battle ropes, non-motorized curve type treadmills and balance devices. I'd go back to this hotel in a second and will stay longer next time.
