Q.Do you have a loyalty program?
At this time, Library Hotel Collection does not have a loyalty program, however, we do give guests who have stayed in our hotels a special code to access preferred rates at our hotel when they book directly with us in the future. Q.Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes! Self-parking is available for $35 inclusive of tax per night. If you self-park, be sure to leave your bags with our doorman at the main entrance prior to parking and we can bring them to your room. We recommend parking on Level B2, as this elevator brings you directly to the lobby. For more information on parking and transportation, click below.

Q.What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 12:00 PM. If you are planning on arriving before our standard check in time of 3:00 PM, we welcome you to check your bags with us and enjoy all of the facilities of the hotel, except for our pool, which is reserved for registered guests due to limited space. Prior to check in at 3:00 PM and after check out at 12:00 PM you may still access our Athletic Centre 10XTO, featuring luxurious locker rooms with a steam room and shower to freshen up before or after your journey.

Q.Where do I enter the hotel?
It is best to enter the hotel via the main entrance on the corner of Lakeshore Boulevard W and Newfoundland Drive.
Q.Is Smoking Allowed at Hotel X Toronto?
Hotel X Toronto is dedicated to providing a healthy, balanced lifestyle for our guests. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public spaces. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests a minimum of $300.00 for costs incurred by smoking.

Q.Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we love our furry guests and we welcome small, well behaved dogs 25 pounds or less, up to 2 per room, and services animals.
Your favourite little travel companion deserves a luxurious experience too! Dogs are restricted to certain guest room floors in consideration of those guests who prefer a pet free zone. There is a deep cleaning fee, and we ask for an application form to be filled out in advance for each pet.
Q.Can I take my wedding photos at Hotel X Toronto?
While we would love to welcome all bridal parties to take photos at our hotel, potential wedding photo shoots are only available to those who have a wedding booked at Hotel X Toronto, or have committed to a wedding room block of 10 or more guestrooms with us.
Wedding photo shoots are not available to those who do not meet the above criteria.
If you have a block of 10 or more guestrooms, a photo shoot permit fee of $350 + tax applies. If your wedding is taking place on site, please speak to your wedding specialist about coordinating your complimentary photo shoot.
If you do meet the above criteria, please complete the form below so that we may ensure all necessary arrangements are made in advance of your photo shoot.
Q.How old do I have to be to book a room & check-in?
You must be 18 years old or older to book a room and check-in at Hotel X Toronto.
Q.Do you have a pool? Do you have to be a guest to use the pool?
We have a 55 foot heated pool on the 28th floor of Hotel X Toronto. We try to keep the pool at a comfortable 80°F (26°C) to 85°F (29°C) depending on the season.
As a future amenity, we plan to open a second pool at 10XTO, this time a salt water Junior Olympic size pool (25 meters) which will be available to hotel guests, as well as local 10XTO members.
Our Rooftop pool is located on the 28th floor and is for registered hotel guests only.
The pool is available for guests to enjoy from 6 AM - 11 PM (adults only from 9 PM - 11 PM) and is open year-round.
Please note, due to high demand during the summer months, the pool deck may reach its maximum capacity of 61. Upon reaching capacity, guests may be placed on a wait list and will be notified once they can be accommodated on the pool deck. Wait times are entirely subject to availability and access to the pool deck cannot be guaranteed. Additional sun decks may also be available at 'The Peak' at Falcon SkyBar, on the 29th floor. Beginning at 10 pm, all spaces in Falcon SkyBar, are 19+.
We hope you decide to treat yourself to a staycation! Value tip: Our best room rate offers are usually on Sunday nights. Also, if you are a local member of 10XTO, you get special rates for hotel rooms, as well as dining and entertainment at Hotel X Toronto.
Q.How can we watch a movie in the screening room?
Guests can view our planned movie schedule by getting in touch with our Concierge Team. Our movie screenings are offered exclusively for registered hotel guests as well as current 10XTO members. We usually show both a family-friendly and a date night movie each day Thursday-Sunday depending on availability.
If you plan to be a guest at the hotel and would like to see a special film while you are here, please feel free to contact the concierge and they will be glad to see if they can put this on the schedule for you. If you have a request during your stay, don’t be shy! We are here to make people happy, but it is best to request in advance so that we can inform all of our guests of the show we are presenting.
Q.How do you recommend getting to the Hotel from the airport?
If you require transportation from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) to the Hotel, we can arrange a private car service for you; the approximate travel time to our Hotel is about about 30 to 45 minutes. There is also the UPExpress train at YYZ, which will take you to Toronto's Union Station. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is a short 4 minute drive from our Hotel. Please contact our Concierge to assist you in confirming rates for private transfers from YYZ, or to inquire about availability of our complimentary House Car, which can pick you up from Toronto's Union Station, as well as Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ). ***The House Car is temporarily not available***
Q.Does the hotel have a fitness centre? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Yes, we have a 24-hour Fitness Centre which is free for all guests. It is part of 10XTO which is the largest and most ambitious hotel sports and fitness facility in an urban setting in North America. Group classes, Tennis Courts, and Squash Courts are also available as an added service. Although you will find a lot of great information on our websites, a comprehensive list of all the 10XTO services and amenities may be found on this fact sheet.
*The 24-hour Fitness Centre is temporarily closed. Group Fitness classes are currently offered online during your stay.*
Q.Do you have a spa?
Yes! We are proud to share that Guerlain Spa is now open, providing our guests and the public with a perfectly relaxing retreat.
Q.Is Hotel X Toronto wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all floors can be accessed via elevator. We also offer 2 Barrier Free Room Types including a Barrier Free Signature King and Barrier Free Signature Room with 2 Queen Beds.
Q.Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is only included if you book a Suite, or add-on Library Club Lounge Access to your stay. If you book a Suite, or add Library Club Access to your reservation, you are welcome to enjoy a European style continental breakfast in our Library Club Lounge on the 3rd floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Q.How can I get access to the Library Club Lounge? Does my rate include breakfast?

There are two ways you may attain access to the Library Club Lounge on the 3rd Floor. One way is to add Library Club Lounge Access to your reservation during the online booking process. Access to the Library Club Lounge is also included when booking one of our suites.
If you wish to add Library Club Lounge Access after booking, or once you have arrived, you may add this access for $100 + taxes per night for up to two guests and $85 + taxes per third and fourth guest in the room per night. Please note, children under the age of 12 have complimentary access to the Library Club Lounge if you have added Library Club Lounge Access for the adults in the room. Access for children ages 12-17 is $17.50 + taxes per child per night. Please contact the hotel directly and speak with our Reservations Team should you have any further questions regarding Library Club Lounge Access.
Q.Do I need a credit card to check in? Do you take a hold for incidentals or additional charges?
Yes! A credit card is required at check in, as we authorize the amount of the total stay room and taxes unless that portion was prepaid, plus an additional amount of $250 for possible incidental expenses each night of your stay, for up to three nights.
Q.How can I book a group stay?
Any booking of 10 rooms or more is considered a group and must be reserved via a member of the Sales Team. Please contact the Sales Office by calling 647-943-9300 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and one of the team members would be delighted to assist you.
Q.How can I plan a Meeting or Event?

Q.Can I request a high floor?
We do not guarantee floor placement, however, we will try our very best to accommodate you.
Q.I want to surprise my partner with something special in the room when we arrive. Can you help with this?
Of course! We would love to help you arrange this. We offer wine selections, special desserts, and floral arrangements. If you don’t see something you are looking for specifically, just contact our Concierge Team and we would love to assist you.
Q.Do you offer any babysitting or child care services?
Our Concierge would be delighted to help you arrange for individual child care services, however, on the fourth floor of our hotel, you can access 10XTO where we have a 3,000 square foot children’s play centre where, for a small fee, hotel guests can drop off their children for up to 3 hours, while they are enjoying other areas on the property.
