Location | From our historic location in Toronto’s Exhibition Place, the best of the downtown core is easily accessible from our hotel. We’re steps from the Enercare Centre, CN Tower, Budweiser Stage, and all the best attractions in Ontario Place, Downtown Toronto, and beyond.
Q.Where do I enter the hotel?
It is best to enter the hotel via the main entrance on the corner of Lakeshore Boulevard W and Newfoundland Drive.
Q.How do you recommend getting to the Hotel from the airport?
Hotel X Toronto is the only hotel in the city offering complimentary pick-up and drop-off from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) and Toronto Union Station. If you require pick-up or drop-off to or from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), there are a number of private car service options available, as well as the UP Express train.
Q.Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes! Self parking is available for $30 inclusive of tax per night and Valet Parking is available for $45 inclusive of tax per night. If you self park, be sure to leave your bags at the main entrance and we can bring them to your room. We recommend parking on Level B2, as this elevator brings you directly to the lobby. Q.Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs up to 25lbs.
Q.Do you have a pool? Do you have to be a guest to use the pool?
Our Rooftop pool is located on the 28th floor and is for hotel guests only.
The pool is available for guests to enjoy from 6 AM - 10 PM and is open year-round.
Q.What time is Check In and Check Out?
Check In is at 3 pm and Check Out is at 12 pm. Should you arrive early, we are happy to store your bags until your room is ready. Once you check out, we are also happy to store your bags and invite you to await your flight in the comfort of our Departures Lounge.
Q.Do you have a fitness centre?
Yes. As a guest of Hotel X Toronto, you may enjoy complimentary access to Ten X Toronto's Fitness Facilities. On the 4th floor of 10XTO, you can access a complete gym with state-of-the-art Technogym fitness equipment 24/7.
Group classes, Tennis Courts, and Squash Courts are also available as an added service.
Q.Is Hotel X Toronto Wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all floors can be accessed via elevator. We also offer 2 Barrier Free Room Types including a Barrier Free Signature King and Barrier Free Signature Room with 2 Queen Beds.
Q.Is breakfast included?
If you book a Library Club Guestroom or add Library Club Privileges to your reservation, you are welcome to enjoy a European style continental breakfast in our VIP Library Club Lounge on the 3rd Floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
If you would like a hot breakfast or breakfast made to order, Maxx’s Kitchen, located on the second floor, serves breakfast from 6 AM - 11 AM. Additionally, our 24/7 In-Room Dining Menu offers delicious breakfast options.
Q.Do I need a credit card to check in? Do you take a hold for incidentals or additional charges?
Yes! We recommend guests having a credit card at check in versus a debit card. At check in, we authorize the amount of the total stay room and taxes, plus an additional amount for possible incidental expenses each night (example: Room service, laundry, fitness classes, etc..)
Q.How can I book a group stay?
Any booking of 10 rooms or more is considered a group and must be reserved by a member of Sales Team. Please contact the Sales Office by calling 647-943-9300 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and one of the team members would be delighted to assist you.
Q.How can I plan a Meeting or Event?
Please submit an RFP by clicking below and a member of our Sales Team would be happy to contact you to discuss the details of your meeting or event.
Q.Can I request a high floor?
We do not guarantee floor placement, however, we will try our very best to accomodate you. To guarantee a high floor, we recommend booking a Library Club Guest Room, since those are on the 24th, 25th, and 26th floor of the hotel.
Q.I want to surprise my partner with something special in the room when we arrive. Can you help with this?
Of course! We would love to help you arrange this! We offer wine selections, tasty delights, and floral arrangements. If you don’t see something you are looking for specifically, just contact our concierge team and we would love to assist you.
Q.Do you offer any babysitting or child care services?
We do not offer individual child care services, however, Ten X Toronto offers a children’s play centre where hotel guests can drop off their children for up to 3 hours, while they are on the property. For more information on Ten X Toronto’s play centre, click here.
